Contract lifecycle workflows

Juro: what to evaluate

Can your team control the whole contract workflow, including exceptions and repository access?

When the problem spans contract creation, approvals and finding the signed agreement, redlining alone is too narrow a comparison. Evaluate the path between people and systems, including what happens when the normal approval route cannot be followed.

What remains unresolved

Jurisdiction and availability

Unresolved. Country-specific features and jurisdictional suitability have not been verified; customer locations do not establish either.

Hosting

Unknown. Storage, inference and backup regions have not been verified.

Training and retention

Unknown. Provider-specific training, retention and contractual restrictions have not been verified.

Integrations

Unresolved. The homepage describes CRM and ATS integrations generically; no named connector's support, permissions or operating limits have been verified.

Your evaluation checklist

Use the following as a proposed test, not a report of tests ClickoAI has run.

  1. Create test roles for a requester, legal reviewer and approver. Check whether a requester can use only the templates and clauses their role permits.

  2. Introduce an off-playbook term, an unavailable approver and an attempted signature before approval. Record the escalation, block or exception that actually occurs.

  3. Ask a repository question where a draft and an executed contract contain different answers. Check the cited version and whether a user without access can discover restricted content.

  4. Export the contracts, metadata and approval history you would need to leave the system. Have the person responsible for records confirm that the exported evidence is usable.

  5. Confirm hosting, inference, training, subprocessor and connector terms for the proposed configuration. Test the relevant connector with authorised sample data before relying on the workflow.
