The Workshop maps one workflow and the conditions for change. It does not deploy software, process live client documents or provide legal, regulatory or security assurance.

Every recommendation must trace to firm-supplied process evidence, named assumptions and a human-approved next step.
Evidence boundary
Operational records plus made-up or properly redacted examples. Live client documents are not required.
Human responsibility
A named person and sponsor remain accountable for every decision and any later action.
Transparent assumptions
Sources, limitations and incomplete numbers remain visible in the decision pack.
No forced product route
Fixing the process, buying a tool, running a small supervised pilot and leaving it alone are compared using the same evidence.
Commercial honesty
ClickoAI is early stage. There are no invented results, production claims or guaranteed outcomes.
Non-negotiable stop conditions
Some gaps stop the engagement from moving forward.

One accountable person from preparation to pack.
Hamza has an LLB in Law from the London School of Economics and more than four years of experience supporting lawyers with legal technology and AI tools. ClickoAI is his solo, independent legal-AI consultancy, not a law firm. Hamza prepares the Workshop, runs it and writes the decision pack. There is no account-team handoff.

Conflict disclosure
Every route uses the same decision criteria.
ClickoAI is developing its own contract-review software. It is not part of this engagement. Fixing the process, buying a vendor tool, running a small supervised pilot and leaving the workflow alone all receive the same written evaluation against the same criteria. The pack is yours to act on with anyone.
Current status
Any future pilot is a separate decision.
A Workshop recommendation does not authorise software deployment or live-data use. A pilot would need its own scope, data route, controls, measures and responsible approvers.
